— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Clabby, J.), rendered March 12, 1984, convicting him of criminal possession of stolen property in the first degree and unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Judgment modified, on the law, by reversing the conviction of criminal possession of stolen property in the first degree and vacating the sentence imposed thereon. As so modified, judgment affirmed, and case remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for a new trial on the charge of criminal possession…
