COWART, Judge.

Appellant pled guilty to first degree murder under a plea bargain that he would receive a life sentence with a 25 year mandatory1 minimum. Trial defense counsel then filed a notice of appeal and filed a statement of judicial acts to be reviewed under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140(d) as “Defendant-Appellant requests appeal.” The public defender was appointed and ordered a complete transcript and record, reviewed it for error, found none, and filed an Anders brief and motion to withdraw.
