In this case, the appellees, representing themselves as creditors of Edward R. Wheeler, on the 13th of June 1844, filed their bill of complaint, on the equity side of Charles county court, for the purpose of vacating a deed of trust, which had been executed by Edward R. Wheeler to Robert S.
