We overrule the objection, and decline to strike out the answer.

The same witness was also asked. “From the conversation you had with Mr. Janvier after this levy, in relation to the wheat, about what was to be done with it, was anything said by Mr. Janvier as to who had purchased it?” The question was objected to on the ground that the wheat was levied on as the property of Padley, and the witness should not, in this action, be permitted to say it was the property of any one else.
