The defendant, Geneva Roler, was convicted in the county court of McClain county of the offense of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, and was sentenced to serve six months in the county jail and pay a fine of flOO.

The trial court illegally suspended the jail sentence, but that action is not questioned by the appellant. State v. Smith, 83 Okla. Cr. 188, 174 P. 2d 932.
