*1040The defendant, Corey Brown, is charged under indictment number 1637/1999 with attempted murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree, and related charges. On December 12, 2005, the defendant was found not fit to proceed to trial pursuant to article 730 of the Criminal Procedure Law.
