In an action on the common counts in the civil court of record, appellants were denied recovery. From this Judgment, they appeal.

The pertinent facts before us may be summarized as follows: Marina, Inc., a restaurant at Dinner Key, incurred obligations to the Miami Herald Publishing Co. for advertising in the ámount of $620.47. Dowling and Roberts were appointed escrow agents or trustees to liquidate the indebtedness of Marina, Inc.
