Procedural Background
The plaintiff commenced this action seeking damages in the amount of $3,300 for an alleged breach of contract, and breach of express or implied warranties for the purchase and sale of a used car.
The matter was tried on September 20, 2017, without a jury. During the trial, this court was able to observe the demeanor and credibility of the respective witnesses, and reviewed the parties’ respective exhibits.
