BONDY, District Judge.
These five suits arise out of four collisions that took place during the existence of dense fog in the wartime swept channel approach to New York Harbor.
In the first proceeding, the Socony Vacuum Transportation Company, Ltd., as owner of the S. S. Voco, seeks exoneration from or limitation of liability.
