This is a motion to - strike off a judgment entered by confession. On July 26, 1941, H. W. Southard and Mrs. H. W. Southard executed a judgment note in favor of plaintiff in the total amount of $80, payable in installments “in the amounts and at the times stated in the schedule of *610installments endorsed hereon and made a part hereof . . On the back of said note is a printed form entitled “Schedule of Installments”.
