LEDERLE, District Judge.

Findings of Fact.

1. This action, seeking treble damages for rental overcharges, was instituted in this court on October 24, 1947, naming as plaintiffs four tenants of housing accommo dations of which defendant was and is the landlord. The various plaintiffs, and the details of their respective claims as alleged in the complaint are as follows:
