ORDER ON GOVERNMENT’S MOTION FOR AN ORDER PERMITTING THE INVOLUNTARY ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATION TO RESTORE THE DEFENDANT’S COMPETENCY TO STAND TRIAL

Applying for a second time the Sell factors to William C. Burhoe, the Court concludes that the Government has proven each factor by clear and convincing evidence. The Court orders Mr. Burhoe to undergo a regimen of prescribed psychotropic medication to restore his competency.
