This is a suit by Cluck and wife against the Houston & Texas Central Railway Company in trespass to try title and for damages and for injunction. The land sought to be recovered is situated in Williamson County, a part of the Samuel Damon league, and described as follows: “Beginning at the northwest corner of the originaí survey of 500 acres, known as the Floyd farm on the road from Austin to Burnet on the west boundary line of said Damon league, a pile of rocks for corner; thence south 19 E. 2240 varas to a corner on the bank of Brushy Creek, a live oak 5 in. dia. north…
