Review is sought by restricted appeal to set aside a default judgment rendered against appellant.

Factual Summary

Appellee, Ruben Ramirez, brought suit against appellant, John E. Levas, to recover alleged damages suffered as a result of a contract dispute arising out of an attorney-client relationship. Both Lewis and Ramirez are licensed attorneys in Hidalgo County, Texas.
