DAVIDSON, District Judge.

This action came on for hearing before the Court on May 22,1961, and the Court having considered the pleadings and motions filed herein, and after having considered the evidence submitted by the respective parties, and the Court now having entered Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law to the effect that the evidence sustains the allegations of each count of the amended complaint for injunction, and the Court having found that the Securities and Exchange Commission is entitled to a final judgment permanently enjoining the defendants John Milton Addison; Miles A.…
