As presented to this court, plaintiffs’ claim is for damages for breach of contract. Defendants are a sanitary district (District) and a corporation (Barrett). As did the Court of Appeals, we treat the case as if it were before us on plaintiffs’ claim of error arising from directed verdicts in favor of the respective defendants.
