FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

Plaintiff, L.B. Kaye Associates, Ltd. (L.B. Kaye), brings this diversity action against defendants, Jews for Jesus and Hi-neni Ministries (Jews for Jesus), for breach of a brokerage agreement. Plaintiff is a New York corporation and a licensed real estate broker. At all times relevant to this action, Hineni Ministries was a California corporation doing business in New York as Jews for Jesus. L.B.
