Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (McGill, J.), entered January 6, 2006 in Clinton County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CFLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent Northeastern Clinton Central School Board of Education terminating petitioner from his employment as a school bus driver.
