T1 This is a breach of contract suit in which defendant Carlos Marin seeks to define the contracting parties' rights under an integrated distributorship agreement through the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. The district court granted summary judgment against Marin and in favor of plaintiff Young Living Essential Oils, holding that Young Living's alleged duty to provide marketing materials to Marin could not be inferred through the covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
