TAFT, Circuit Justice.

This writ of error was sued out by the Brevard Tannin Company to reverse a judgment against it in the District Court in favor of the J. F. Mosser Company for $28,800 for damages for the breach of a contract for the sale and delivery of 50 tanks of chestnut wood extract of tannic acid. The jurisdiction existed because of the diverse citizenship of the parties; the plaintiff below being a corporation of Massachusetts doing business in Boston, and the defendant being a corporation of North Carolina doing business in the Western district of that state.
