MAGILL, Circuit Judge.
The United States (government) appeals the district court’s order granting Adams Robbins’ (Robbins) motion for a judgment of acquittal and, in the alternative, his motion for a new trial. The government argues that the district court erred in granting Robbins’ motion for a judgment of acquittal because there was sufficient evidence to support his drug conspiracy conviction. It also argues that the court erred in alternatively granting Robbins’ motion for a new trial because evidence officers seized from his business was properly admitted at trial.
