After sentence has been imposed and judgment thereon signed and entered up on a plea of guilty, whether the defendant will be allowed to withdraw such plea is a matter addressed to the sound, legal discretion of the trial judge. Boyett v. State, 81 Ga. App. 49, 50 (57 S. E. 2d 831), and cits. The defendant in this case was charged with the offense of possessing non-tax-paid whisky and on arraignment entered a plea of guilty.
