MANFORD, Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment denying specific performance of a separation agreement originating with a prior dissolution proceeding. The judgment must be reversed.
This case was tried to the court on a stipulation of facts supplemented by respondent's deposition. The matter is reviewed under Rule 73.01 as interpreted by Murphy v. Carron, 536 S.W.2d 30 (Mo. banc 1976), which mandates that a judgment will not be overturned unless it lacks substantial evidence to support it, it is against the weight of the evidence, or it erroneously declares or applies the law.
