MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON OBJECTIONS TO DISCHARGE AND OBJECTION TO THE DISCHARGE-ABILITY OF A DEBT

On February 27, 1992, the plaintiff commenced these adversary proceedings for a determination that the defendants should not be granted a discharge, see Adv.P. No. 92-5054 and that a debt owed by the defendants is not dischargeable, see Adv.P. No. 92-5055. On September 9, 1992, these adversary proceedings were consolidated for trial.
