This case is one at law, being a forcible entry and detainer proceeding brought by the defendants in error against the plaintiffs in error in the circuit court of Winnebago county. Such steps were taken and proceedings had that resulted in a judgment being entered for immediate possession of the premises in question, in favor of defendants in error and against plaintiffs in error.
