The garnishee answered that he was indebted to the defendant, but that the money was not subject to garnishment, because it was for wages earned by the defendant as a laborer. A part of the contract upon which the plaintiff sued was the following agreement signed by fhe defendant: “For and in consideration of the above note, and as against this debt, I expressly and specially waive all exemption from garnishment to which, under the constitution and laws of Georgia, I may be entitled) relative to the wages I may earn in the employ of the Macon Eailway & Light Company, as a dispatcher, between…
