Emmett Wiliams, et al., (“Relator”) filed a petition for writ of prohibition seeking to prevent the Honorable William Lohmar (“Respondent”) from allowing discovery of nonparty medical records in a wrongful death action. Our preliminary order of prohibition is made absolute.
