JACOBS, Justice:

Harold Munyan (“Munyan”), employee-appellant, appeals from a Superior Court decision affirming the denial by the Industrial Accident Board (“LAB” or “Board”) of Munyan’s petition to determine additional compensation due. Munyan claims that the Board erroneously discredited the testimony of his expert witness on the ground the expert had relied on independent testing facility results to determine Munyan’s permanent impairment rating.
