This is a suit instituted by appellee against appellant to set aside judgment rendered against the former in favor of the latter for the sum of $1,000, to enjoin any action under said judgment, and to obtain a rehearing and new trial in the cause. The court granted a temporary injunction restraining any execution under the original judgment. Appellant filed general and special exceptions, pleaded to the jurisdiction, and answered fully to the petition.
