Appellant and a co-defendant, Ford, were jointly indicted in eight hills (Nos. 912 to 919, March Sessions, 1927, inclusive). Bill No. 912 charged burglary as defined in Section 135 of the Criminal Code of 1860 (March 31, 1860, P.
