The only question presented for adjudication in this case is whether the trial judge properly sustained the demurrer to the petition upon the ground that it appeared therefrom that the action was barred when the petition was filed. The petition showed the following facts: The defendant company, the Seaboard Air-Line Railway, was a foreign corporation chartered under the laws of the State of Virginia.
