A jury found Sherman Robinson guilty of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a public housing project, trafficking in cocaine, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and criminal use of an article with an altered identification mark. Robinson was granted an out-of-time appeal and herein appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial.
