*826Plaintiff appeals a judgment dismissing her complaint with prejudice for lack of personal jurisdiction over defendant. Plaintiff raises two assignments of error. First, plaintiff argues that Oregon courts have personal jurisdiction over defendant, a resident and citizen of the United Kingdom (UK), for a negligence action arising out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Vancouver, Washington, because defendant had an active Oregon driver's license.
