Jarvis Person (Defendant) appeals from the judgment of the trial court revoking his probation and sentencing him to five years for possession of a controlled substance. We dismiss the appeal.

On March 30, 2004, Defendant pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and received a suspended imposition of sentence. The trial court placed Defendant on probation for four years.
