This appeal involves a dispute over the ownership of church property located at 2311 Bailey Road, in Little Rock. Appellants Arkansas Annual Conference of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, Inc. (Arkansas AME) and African Methodist Episcopal Church, Inc.
