This is an action for personal injuries brought in the District of Utah under the diversity jurisdiction of 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Appellant Harris, a resident of Wayne, Pennsylvania, sued the school district of Tooele County, Utah, for injuries resulting from an alleged negligently structured and supervised gate on Tooele County High School’s parking lot.
