GRONER, Associate Justice.

This is an appeal from an order admitting to record the will of Emmett Eugene Peters, after a caveat had been filed by two brothers and a sister of the decedent. The issue submitted to the jury was the following : “Was the said paper writing dated the 2nd day of April, 1917, purporting to be the last will and testament of Emmett Eugene Peters, deceased, executed and attested in due fofm, as required by law?”
