dissenting. — The question raised by these exceptions is whether officers and directors of eleemosynary corporations are competent witnesses to testify in support of claims of the corporations against the estates of decedents or are disqualified by section 5(e) of the Evidence Act of May 23, 1887, P. L. 158. The learned auditing judge, relying principally upon Aquetong Hall Assn. v. James, 100 Pa.
