Reversing.

R. A. McWetby died in Boone county intestate, survived by bis wife, Kate McWetby, and a daughter by a former marriage, Mande McCrigbt. Tbe intestate owned! *817at the time of his death real estate valued at $2,500 and personal property amounting in value to $15,000. The intestate’s widow was appointed administratrix of the estate, and as such took charge of the personal property as was her duty.
