OPINION
VINCENT J. COMMISA, Chief Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on two motions, one brought by the Se cured Creditor and one by the Trustee. The Secured Creditor seeks the entry of an Order which authorizes the turnover by the Trustee of its collateral, which constitutes substantially all of the Debtor's assets. In conjunction with this motion, the Trustee seeks approval from this Court to turnover the collateral without complying with the terms of the New Jersey Environmental Cleanup Responsibility Act (“ECRA”).
