Cook v. State

The plaintiff in error T. W. Cook, here referred to as the defendant, appeals from a judgment and sentence of conviction rendered against him in the district court of Pawnee county on the 22d day of April, 1922, wherein he and Alvis Fears were found guilty of the murder of Harry Aurandt on the 18th day of December, 1921, and their punishment fixed as above stated. This cause originated in Tulsa county and was transferred to Pawnee county on application of defendants for a change of venue.
