KENNERLY, District Judge.
This is a suit (condemnation suit) by the Government of the United States to take for the public use (Army), under Sections 257, 258, 258a to 258e, 40 U.S.CA., approximately 16,572 acres of land in this District and Division, and this is a hearing on the Government’s motion to now adjudicate the title to such land.
