SIMON, Judge.

Defendant, William Joseph Hanes, was convicted by a jury of capital murder, Section 565.001, RSMo 1980, and sentenced to life imprisonment without possibility of parole or probation for fifty (50) years.

On appeal, Hanes contends that the trial court erred in: (1) failing to instruct the jury on second degree felony murder; (2) allowing prosecutor to improperly bolster the state’s chief witness’ credibility by eliciting testimony regarding a plea bargain between the witness and the state; (3) allowing the prosecutor to examine Hanes and other witnesses concerning unsubstantiated…
