This is an action for wrongful death. Plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment in the sum of $3,000 and defendant has appealed.
The suit is brought by the administrator of Sophia Zimmerschied who was killed at defendant's railroad crossing, a short distance from Otterville, in Cooper county, Missouri, on the 9th day of January, 1921. She was riding in the rear seat of an automobile being driven by her brother.
