The AppellanVCross-Appellee Fruehauf Corporation (“Fruehauf’) appeals a jury verdict finding that Fruehauf wrongfully discharged Appellee/Cross-Appellant Bill Gann (“Gann”) in violation of Washington state law and a Rule 11 monetary sanction imposed op its counsel.
