Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Teresi, J.), rendered October 14, 2003 in Albany County, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.

The sole count of the indictment in this case charged defendant with a violation of Penal Law § 170.25 in that, with intent to defraud, deceive or injure another, she possessed a forged instrument purporting to be a New Jersey automobile operator’s license.
