In consolidated actions, inter alia, on certain contracts, plaintiffs in the first above-captioned action (hereafter referred to as the Eisert plaintiffs) appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 8, 1977, as dismissed their complaint and failed to award them judgment on their cross claim.
