JUNELL, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order granting a temporary injunction. Appellant, West-side Airways, Inc., raises seven points of error attacking the granting of the temporary injunction. We affirm.
This appeal arises out of a dispute over possession of an aircraft. Appellant operates an airplane management company. As part of that business, Appellant fueled and repaired aircraft, provided hanger space, supplied aircraft management services and chartered aircraft.
