The court has before it Southwestern Bell Media, Inc.’s [hereinafter Bell Media] motion for preliminary injunction, in which Bell Media seeks to enjoin Trans Western Publishing, Inc. [hereinafter Trans Western] from producing, utilizing, or financially benefiting from, any written or printed material that infringes on Bell Media’s Yellow Pages copyright in violation of the copyright laws, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.
