MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Paul L. Litmer’s (“Litmer”) complaint alleges that the manufacture and sale of a product called “Mirror Mitts” by Defendant PDQUSA.com (“PDQ”) infringes on a patent held by Litmer, in violation of 35 U.S.C. § 271. 1 Before the Court is PDQ’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. After considering the motion and the relevant law, the Court finds that the motion should be DENIED.
